A rollercoaster of pros and cons

I appreciated the convenient location for work and the comfy bed. The room had a full-sized refrigerator and cooktop, making breakfast easy.

The front desk staff were unhelpful, creating a stressful atmosphere during my stay. Housekeeping could also use improvement, as the cleanliness left much to be desired.

Communication between housekeeping and front desk needs serious improvement!!! Stained towels should be discarded instead of washed!!! Maintenance requests took too long, and key cards malfunctioned repeatedly!!! Rooms need better sound insulation to prevent noise disturbances!!!

We had a great experience at the hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for our family with little kids. It was a relief to find a comfortable setting where the kids could play and rest peacefully after a day of exploring the area.

In my kids' opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

I stayed here for 28 nights and really loved the spacious room that came equipped with a full kitchen. it made my stay so much more convenient! Breakfast was included every day along with an unexpected evening meal a couple of times, which was delightful. However, the noise from upstairs was a bit disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I'd definitely choose this place again for the value and comfort it provided.

I was excited to stay here for a few nights with my partner, mainly because of the spacious room we got. But honestly, it felt like we were kind of an inconvenience to the staff, which left a bad taste in my mouth.

This hotel was just a great fit for a short-term stay in Centennial with reasonable value. The breakfast was always stocked and tasty. Make sure to try the waffles. they are outstanding!

my recent stay was fantastic! i stayed for 7 nights in a standard queen room non-smoking and the spacious layout with a full-size refrigerator made my trip so much better. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to support my needs, making it a truly enjoyable experience.

I stayed here for a few days and I gotta say, that bed was the best part! It was super comfy, and I slept like a baby. The gym was nice too, and the taco night from Phil was a blast! Only thing is, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times.

I liked how this hotel had a good location, making it easy to find nearby restaurants and attractions. The refrigerator in the room was a huge plus, allowing me to keep snacks and drinks cold. The room itself felt comfortable, with a decent bed to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, I faced a few issues. The walls were thin, letting in annoying noise from surrounding rooms, which disturbed my sleep. The furniture in my room looked worn out, especially the chair with significant damage that didn't feel cozy at all. Also, some aspects of cleanliness could improve, like the bathroom, which had noticeable stains. Maintenance seemed lacking, as I reported an annoying beeping sound that never got addressed.
